Abstract

Da'wah is defined as delivering to man that is the whole of man towards goodness, invites to ma'aruf and to prevent this kind of. The task of preaching to the indigenous people community devoted by preachers who are assigned special such as the Penggerak Masyarakat Orang Asli (PMOA) and Panel Dakwah Muallaf (PDM). Among the major problems faced in religion to the Orang Asli community in Malaysia since first thus far is lack of preachers who are able and capable in terms of presentation of the teachings of Islam which is more effective. This raises questions from a corner how do task a preacher involved with missionary Orang Asli community delivers their preaching. Therefore, this study aims to analyse the domain knowledge as preacher, namely construction factors Orang Asli preachers. This qualitative study using design case studies. Eighteen people consists of missionary community as well as Aboriginal citizens selected to interviewed. The data are sorted and encoded according to themes and categories as a result of transcription, then data analysed descriptively. The study found forms of knowledge necessary for a Native preacher is Fardhu 'Ain, Fardhu Kifayah and Culture of indigenous people. Therefore, this study provides implications to government agencies such as the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM), Islamic religious Council States and non-governmental organizations for the development of missionary efforts to the Orang Asli community at once
