CONSTRUCTING PERSONALITY OF RELIGIOUS TEACHER AS ROLE MODEL IN SOCIETY

Abstract

Identification and description of the job tasks is usually based on the type of work performed. If it is involved with the agriculture, the individual will usually be known as a farmer by doing various agricultural-related activities. Similarly, if involved in education, it will be known as an educator with teaching and learning activities, and so on. Individual personalities are among the factors that affect the efficiency of the work performed. However, when his career is associated with Islam, then all thinking, innovation and behaviors they need to move in a holistic manner based on the instructions of Islam. The theoretical concept of this article will describe the basic features of personality formation teacher of Islamic education. The question of theoretical description is based on the standards set by the Quran, Hadith, Islamic intellectuals and opinion-based studies and empirical conceptual so that the resulting discussion framework is in line with Islamic beliefs and current context
