Abstract

In this study will examine the impact of dismissal for unsatisfactory performance on employee morale and workplace productivity. The problem with this study is the impact on employees after a company dismisses unsatisfactory performers. The purpose of this study is to give companies an idea of the importance of maintaining employee morale and workplace productivity after a dismissal period. The researcher explored this study through data search and analysis of past cases. The results of the study show that performance dismissal has both positive and negative impacts on employee morale and workplace productivity, and that the negative impacts will be an obstacle to the growth of the business in the future. Businesses must communicate openly, give employees recognition and build new teams to avoid a sustained decline in morale and workplace productivity.
