This paper examines the integration of social media in the field of education and its impact on improving the teaching and learning experiences. The system quality, which encompasses factors like reliability and user satisfaction, influences users' intention to employ social media for the enhancement of education. However, despite the benefits offered by social media, challenges such as cyberbullying and potential distractions necessitate proactive measures to mitigate negative consequences. Addressing issues related to internet accessibility becomes crucial for the effective utilization of social media in education. By harnessing the potential of social media while mitigating its drawbacks, educators can establish a more captivating and effective educational environment.
