THE OMANI ELECTRONIC PROGRAM '' TA'LIM AL-QURAN AL-KARIM'' ITS APPROACH AND CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract

Omanis have made efforts to serve the Noble Qur’an since ancient times until the present, and there is no doubt that these efforts have great merit in serving the Noble Qur’an at home and abroad, such as the book Al-Awsat fi Al-Qira’at by Abu Muhammad Hassan Bin Ali and the manuscript of the Noble Qur’an from seven readings in the past. Recently, the elearning program "Ta'lim Al-Quran Al-Karim" is one of the best Quranic experiences in the world, and it won the award for the best site for serving the Noble Quran with Kuwait. The award was granted in April 2018, and was not affected during the period of the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, as the Quranic system in the Sultanate of Oman worked fully. This paper aims to investigate its approach, features, and achievements. This paper has two objectives. First get acquainted with the electronic program " Ta'lim Al-Quran Al-Karim ". Secondly, to analyze its approach, characteristics and achievements. Through the descriptive approach, we introduced the electronic program " Ta'lim Al-Quran Al-Karim " in the Sultanate of Oman and presented its methodology, characteristics and some of its results. Where this article explains the electronic program " Ta'lim Al-Quran Al-Karim ", its approach and characteristics.
