Abstract

Blended learning has recently been fully integrated in English courses in UiTM. Hence, this calls for an assessment on students’ perceptions on their blended learning experience. A questionnaire was distributed among semester 2, Diploma students undertaking an English course, Integrated Language Skills 2 (ELC151). The results showed that the respondents generally viewed online learning introduced in the course positively. Majority of the students were optimistic when their instructor implemented blended learning as part of the teaching and learning process. This paper concluded that blended learning provides opportunity to engage students in an optimal and constructive learning environment regardless of the programme they enroll in.
