Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of leadership style in organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Leadership style is an important research topic in the field of leadership. In organizations, leadership style is a key factor to improve organizational performance and promote organizational innovation, which plays a vital role in an organization. Different leadership styles have different effects on organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Through the review of relevant literature and the case study of real enterprises, the study found that leadership style has a significant impact on organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Different leadership styles have different effects on organizational performance and employee satisfaction, and different leadership styles also show different effects in different situations..
