Abstract

This dissertation investigates the role that concerns about organizational dimensions play towards employee satisfaction in an organization and how those concerns relate to organizational dimensions. It has been discovered that factors such as organizational performance, transactional leadership, and transformation leadership all have an effect on the level of satisfaction an organization's employees feel about their jobs. In order to collect data for this study, a quantitative approach is used, and 100 participants are asked to fill out a questionnaire that does not allow for open-ended responses. According to the results of the reliability test, there is a constructive connection between the independent variables and the dependent variable. In addition, the results of the regression analysis suggest that the performance of the organization is the single most important factor influencing the level of satisfaction an employee feels towards their employer. (β = 0.578). The data that was presented earlier has shown that each of the hypotheses that were posed at the beginning of this dissertation was correct. As a result, the academic community and regulatory authorities have received more information as a result of this study, which will allow them to better educate the organization about the level of satisfaction felt by its employees.
