THE INFLUENCE OF PERSONALITY TRAITS, UNIVERSITY GREEN ENTREPRENEURIAL SUPPORT AND ENVIRONMENTAL VALUES ON GREEN ENTREPRENEURIAL INTENTION
Abstract
Green entrepreneurial refers to a business based on environmental sustainability. It is either started at the primary level or sustainability practice in the business implementation. This survey aims to identify the influence of proactiveness, self-efficacy, need for achievement, university green entrepreneurial support, and environmental value on students’ green entrepreneurial intention. The study employed a cross-sectional survey approach, and 384 respondents were randomly selected to obtain the necessary data by answering the questions provided in the questionnaire. The hypotheses were then proposed and tested using Pearson correlation, and multiple regression was employed to find the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The analysis reveals that all the independent variables influenced green entrepreneurial intention, and self-efficacy is the most significant predictor of green entrepreneurial intention.
