Abstract

This paper intends to investigate the factors influencing knowledge sharing in multiple sectors. This study aims at presenting the reviews of the literature on factors influencing knowledge sharing and its effect. In this survey from the existing literature on knowledge sharing and its effects on academic is reviewed. The paper will give a rounded thoughtful of the knowledge sharing concept for future researchers to identify the knowledge gap. The current study involves a reviewed research articles which were gathered from selected Online Databases from the year 2014 to 2022. An archival method has been used to meet the selection of articles. The thing was observed that there are various factor influences knowledge sharing. The identified influencing factors such as social media, organizational, motivational, and individual. This paper also helps to understand the conceptual of knowledge sharing and its affecting factors in various sector. The debate about factor influences knowledge sharing is still at its beginnings and it is suggested to promote further investigation on the determinants of such behaviour. In this scenario, we have explored from Emerald Insights Journal, Science Direct, Elsevier to pursue in finding the possible influencing factors knowledge sharing, which today is a crucial component of successful knowledge management.
