Abstract

Malaysian food poisoning cases has increased from time to time. Many cases were related to food that been serve/sell/cook by the hawkers’ food stall. Therefore, this study is to identify training effectiveness on the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) level of good hygiene practices (GHP) among the hawkers. Data from 370 food handlers in Shah Alam, Selangor were collected. Descriptive Analysis used to analyse the information regarding food safety training, knowledge, attitude, and practices.
