Abstract

Transfer of training is important because it leads to the improvement of employees’ performance in an organization. This study identifies the factors: transfer design, self-efficacy, training retention, performance feedback and supervisor support that influence transfer of training. Data were collected by distributing the questionnaires around Johor Bahru to 160 respondents that works in property industry. The result of this study revealed that self-efficacy, training retention and performance feedback were significantly related to transfer of training, meanwhile, transfer design and supervisor support were not significant.
