Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial literacy among students of higher education institutions. This study is a survey study using questionnaire as a research instrument. The sample consists of 242 undergraduate students of a public university in Peninsular Malaysia. The data were analyzed using statistical descriptive and inferential statistic that is correlation analysis. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between financial attitudes and financial literacy, and between financial knowledge and financial literacy. The implication of this study is that various programs can be implemented in the future to increase financial literacy among students.
